All orders are processed and shipped from US within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Free shipping is included on all multi-bottle orders. Single-bottle orders ship for a flat rate — the exact amount is shown at checkout based on your location.

If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. You don't need to return an empty bottle. We stand behind the product and we stand behind you.
30 days is enough time to genuinely evaluate whether something is working for you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order has entered our fulfillment process and can't be stopped, but you can still return it under the 30-day guarantee once it arrives.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.
