Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on every OPTISTASIS order. If you have not noticed a positive change in puffiness, heaviness, or morning clarity within 90 days of your first dose, you are entitled to a full refund of the product price.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@optistasis.store from the address you used to place the order, within 90 days of your purchase date.
  2. Include your order number and a one-sentence note about your experience. We use this only to improve the product — your refund is not contingent on the answer.
  3. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

What you do NOT need to do

  • No empty bottles to return. Lymphatic-supporting herbs work gradually and we trust you to use the product.
  • No questionnaire to complete. No hoops, no "final-attempt offers," no retention pressure. Email us once and you are done.
  • No restocking fees. A refund means the full product price you paid is returned.

Eligibility

  • The guarantee applies to your first order of any OPTISTASIS product. Bundle and multi-unit purchases are eligible as a single first order.
  • Repeat purchases and subscription renewals are not covered under the first-order guarantee; we will handle those case-by-case with the same support email.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for partial refunds. Full-order refunds include any shipping you paid.
  • Return shipping (in the rare case we ask for a product back) is paid by OPTISTASIS.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or contains the wrong item, email support@optistasis.store within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will replace or refund at no cost to you — no return required.

Cancellations

Subscription orders can be skipped, paused, or cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Subscription charges processed within the 14 days before cancellation are eligible for refund on request.
