Free shipping threshold
Orders of 2 or more bottles of OPTISTASIS Lymphatic Drainage Drops, or any order totalling $40 or more, ship free to the contiguous United States. Single-bottle orders under $40 carry a flat shipping fee, displayed transparently at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from a GMP-certified facility in the United States. Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day.
Delivery estimates
- United States (contiguous 48 states): 3–5 business days via tracked ground shipping
- United States (Alaska, Hawaii, US territories): 5–8 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days via tracked international post
- United Kingdom & European Union: 7–14 business days; duties may apply at delivery
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days where serviceable; please email support@optistasis.store to confirm before ordering
Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number by email within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive a tracking notification within 3 business days, email support@optistasis.store.
Subscription orders
Subscribers receive free shipping on every recurring order regardless of cart value.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after dispatch, email support@optistasis.store within 14 days. We will replace the order at no cost to you.
International duties & taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country.
