Shipping Policy
Free shipping threshold
Any order totalling $35 or more ships free within the United States. Orders under $35 carry a flat $5.99 tracked shipping fee, shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Weekends and US federal holidays do not count toward processing time.
Delivery estimates
- United States (contiguous 48 states): 7–11 business days, tracked
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories: 11–16 business days, tracked
Delivery times count from the day you place your order, and include the processing time above.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only. If you are ordering from elsewhere, email support@optistasis.store before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Tracking
Tracking is quiet for the first few days after dispatch and starts reporting scans once your parcel reaches the US delivery network, typically 4–6 days in. We email your tracking link at that point, not before, so the link you receive is one that actually shows movement. If you have not received a tracking notification within 10 business days of ordering, email support@optistasis.store.
Subscription orders
Subscribers receive free shipping on every recurring order regardless of cart value.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after your tracking link goes live, email support@optistasis.store within 14 days. We will replace the order at no cost to you.
